Louise de Winter - Chief Executive
Louise de Winter joined The Foundation on 4th April 2011. She was previously Director (CEO) of the National Campaign for the Arts where she was responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the organisation, fundraising and the effective delivery of campaigns.
Louise was responsible for raising the profile of the NCA making it a respected source of information for both the media and opinion formers.
She is a highly experienced Chief Executive with excellent knowledge of the charities and public sector and an in-depth understanding of government priorities and the media.
Louise is eager to increase the reach and impact of The Foundation and looks forward to playing a key role in its future development.
Christine Morris - Administration and Office Manager
Christine's career has involved many diverse areas such as film and television production, healthcare communications and the voluntary sector working as a personal assistant at board level, facilities manager and HR consultant.
She assisted the executive producer of a film production company in the making of independent films and mini-series for television. This involved the co-ordination of film units and the administration of the office at Shepperton Studios.
Following this Christine went into healthcare communications working as PA to the company's chairman and executive director. She was a valued member of the senior management group as well as having responsibility for HR and administration of the office.
In 2008 Christine joined The Foundation as Administration and Office Manager and enjoys the continuing challenge of raising the profile of The Foundation and improving its efficiency.
Serena Wyman - Events and Fundraising Manager
Serena has worked in the conference and events industry for 17 years and has worked on events as diverse as the first ever theatrical production held at The Tower of London attended by 1,500 people over a period of 3 nights, to large medical conferences and charity fundraising events.
Serena is a senior freelance events manager who works for a broad range of companies, private clients and charities. Serena worked with the British Association of Urological Surgeons for many years and began working with The Foundation in 2004 organising its highly successful inaugural fundraising ball.
Since 2004, Serena has been an integral part of The Foundation's staff and has organised many varied fund raising events.

Tara Stimpson - Volunteer (accounting & reporting)
Tara, finance director at IFF Research, will donate 4 days of her time to help further refine our accounting and reporting activities. IFF has recently implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scheme encouraging its employees to take up to 2 days per year to give their individual expertise free of charge to the charities of their choice. Tara has also very kindly agreed to top up these 2 days with a couple of days of her own holiday.
